A blown glass and chrome pendant light by Carlo Nason for Mazzega hangs above the soaking tub.

The bathroom is a mix of marble and brass with a custom vanity.

Brass hardware adds a pleasing contrast.

The white subway tile on the tub surround and cream penny rounds on the floor (both from Nemo Tile) create textural contrast in the same color palette. The stool is from Serena & Lily.

In the master bathroom, the Clé Tile floor, custom walnut vanity, and marble counter fashion a luxe retreat. Lighting is from a mix of manufacturers, including One Forty Three, Rejuvenation, Cedar & Moss, and Atelier de Troupe. The faucet is from Watermark.

Even the renovated bathrooms maintain the arched motif with arched mirrors above solid, uncoated brass hardware that will patina over time.

The neighboring structure houses a sauna and shower.

The guest bathroom was enlarged and finished with Moroccan plaster.

Clerestory windows by Marvin bring plenty of light into the master bathroom. The tiles are by Bisazza and the fixtures are by CEA Design. White Corian surfaces complement the custom walnut cabinetry by Turkel Design.

"This is the perfect space to go bold with wallpaper, tiles, and color," Dabito says of powder rooms—this bold green one is his design. "Make every inch count, and turn every corner into a statement."

A whitewashed oak vanity is topped with Superwhite marble and a blue concrete basin in the same hue as the kitchen cabinets. The wall tile is Perini Bagette in White

Cool, gray-toned cement tile grounds the palette for the new bathroom and syncs it with the rest of the house.

"The idea was to execute the terrazzo material in the finest way possible without any seams, and deliver a warm but minimalist bathroom," explains Frama.

The bathroom is lined with on-site molded terrazzo made from white cement and bits of yellow and gray stone.

Mirrors and bright white paint visually expand a small bathroom tucked beneath the apartment's rafters.

The master bathroom is the only spot in the home that features actual hardware. Simon went with a rich blue-green tone for the double vanity and Colton wall sconces from Y Lighting.
