Black tile covers the downstairs shower.

The crown jewel of the down stairs bathroom is a custom basalt stone sink sourced from Etsy seller AegeanMarble. Alta Projects was inspired by the stone that’s seen throughout Yosemite National Park, most notably in El Capitan.

The wall of the master bathroom is tiled with Ming Green Marble Fan Tiles from Tera Nova, paired with tumbled limestone floor tiles from Tera Nova. A Michael Anastassiades Flos pendant light from Living Edge brightens the space. The bespoke vanity was designed by Carter Williamson and built by House by Hart Joinery. "Again, we used timber half-dowels to tie the look in with the kitchen," says Peake.

Custom details and natural light throughout create a calm atmosphere in every room.

The upstairs guest suite includes a neutral, daylit bathroom.

Beaulieu added another bathroom upstairs, with round penny tile from Cle Tile and a floating vanity from Ikea.

The primary bath upstairs was outfitted by Water Works.

The bathroom maintains the light and bright atmosphere with subway tile, as well as a vintage inspired sink.
