This added bathroom, just off the pool deck, was designed to be resilient to water, with Heath Ceramic tiles cladding both the walls and floors. The California Faucet fixtures come directly out of the wall, above a Duravit sink, next to a Pottery Barn Windsor mirror and Quiet Town curtains.

Bedrosians tile covers the walls and floor, with sconces by Kelly Wearstler for Visual Comfort and California Faucets.

The modern addition has the primary bathroom, with a soaking tub placed below picture windows.

In what architect Michael Howells calls a family bathroom, the toilet, vanities and bath/shower are all divided by pocket doors.

The large shower in the primary bathroom also has space for a tub, and if the window is open, the stream can be heard.

Space upstairs was tight but Money managed to fit in an ensuite with a small wall-mounted sink and another sensor-operated sky light.

Stairs lead from the entry to the upper level with the bedrooms. The wood-paneled, vaulted ceiling adds warmth to the double-height space.

We achieved making this home feel much larger than 2100sqft by making using a two story ceiling height in the main area of the home.

Olive-green Fireclay tile creates a spa-like experience in the bathroom and fluctuates in tone throughout the day.

Medicine chest flank the window, their mirrors bouncing natural light. Ceasarstone tops a custom wood vanity, and the tap is the Mizu Drift from Reece Bathrooms.

Now a gorgeous vanity set-up steals the show, with the sink and taps, both from Rogerseller, mounted on an over-sized mirror layered over wood shelving. The light is the MegaBulb pendant from Great Dane.

Window and door alignments connect the small spaces to the exterior. Tall doors make the spaces feel more connected while the 1 ½” wood casing is an economical alternative to floor-to-ceiling trimless doors.

A large walk-in shower has Tadelakt plaster applied by Sobro Studios, and integrated storage.

The sophisticated white motif of this bathroom capitalizes on its natural light.

The bathroom is clad in blue penny tile, and natural light pours in to illuminate it all. “It’s almost a spa-like experience,” says Khoi. The tiles are from Bedrosians.

Now, a walk-in shower and soaking tub are tucked under the roof line.
