Construction on the Arsenal Bank of Pittsburgh began in 1883 and completed early in 1884. The once great landmark had fallen by the wayside, and the client purchased the then-vacant building in urban Lawrenceville neighborhood. New life was breathed into the mixed-use building, including a restaurant and lofts.
