A Peak Inside Downtown Los Angeles' First New Construction Condo Building in Nearly 10 Years

Downtown LA is about to welcome the first new construction high-rise condominium building in nearly a decade. The highly-anticipated TEN50 tower by developer Trumark Urban recently unveiled its stunning model residences giving the public a glimpse into what life will be like at the boutique 25-story building in the South Park neighborhood. The luxury development at 1050 S. Grand Avenue features 151 stylish residences that exude style and sophistication. The amenity-rich luxury condominium development will offer one- and two-bedroom residences as well as penthouse and two-story penthouse units. Construction is scheduled for completion by early 2017.
