This is a dusk shot of our Octavia Court project in San Francisco. I co-designed this for a competition with Veronica Hinkley Reck of Ignition Architecture. I was the architect of record for this project, and our team saw this through from schematic design through the close out of construction.
Working with Ignition Architecture, we were the design architects for Channel Apartments, a project in the Mission Bay Area in San Francisco. This was one of the design renderings for the project.
This is the large amenity space for our latest project, Kenect in Chicago. This double height space spans between the third and fourth floors and includes two outdoor decks and views of the skyline
This is a model of the residential tower that just broke ground in downtown Chicago. It will reach to 48 stories and feature some great urban residential units and great amenity spaces, including a great staircase in the lobby. The NBC tower is in the foreground on the right.
