Live Where You Work and Work Where You Live in Boundary-Blurring Vegas Tower

An innovative design by M-Rad Studio for Tony Hsieh's Downtown Project aims to rethink the live/work concept in Las Vegas.

Two units, one for living and one for working, are sold at a time. One concept that Rosenberg proposed is having two towers, one for living units and the other for working ones, while the other concept intersperses the two. When residents leave their apartments, they pass through common areas that are designed to encourage creative interactions.

The tower will be built around a large circulatory ramp rather than stairs. The design is meant to limit obstacles that might hinder spontaneous interactions.
