Joaquin Altamirano and Silvia Martín renovated this 753-square-foot penthouse apartment in the building that Altamirano grew up in in Madrid, Spain. The mostly white and black palette is interrupted by splashes of turquoise and orange, revealing the couple's playful but sophisticated aesthetic.
