A longtime collector of furniture and art, Dr. Robert Geller finally lives among his prized possessions. In the living room, he sits on a Barcelona chair by Mies van der Rohe for Knoll. To his right are an Arco floor lamp by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni for Flos and a BeoLab 5 speaker from Bang & Olufsen. The sculptures to Geller’s left and in the foreground are by American artist Arlene Shechet, Everything Seems to be Something Else and Just Remembered.

A palette of wood, concrete, and painted brick forms a neutral backdrop for Kathryn Tyler’s vintage treasures, including a $30 dining table, $3 poster, and a set of 1950s Carl Jacobs Jason chairs she snagged on eBay for $400.

The dining room features 1970s leather-and-brass dining chairs and a table concocted from a brass-and-silver base and a custom lacquered top. The cheerful blue paint enlivening the doorway is from Emery & Cie.

A vintage lamp and George Nelson’s Marshmallow sofa and Spool clock embody the mid-century feel of Soheil and Nima Nakhshab’s design for a California family home.

A vintage 1950s credenza discovered in Paris supports three works by Aumas and two Sol LeWitt–inspired cubes used in one of his window displays. The daybed is an eBay purchase reupholstered in fabric from Kvadrat and the dark paint is from Dulux Valentine. Aumas found the photographer’s lamp at a Brussels flea market.
