Serafini and Palomba’s vacation home is a cavernous showcase for their own designs. In the living room, they created a one-off version of their Lama chaise longue, originally designed for Zanotta. The Zen Apple side table, also theirs, is from the Sen Line Collection by Exteta. The vases are by Guaxs.

Giro is a minimal table created by Brazil-based designer Pedro Paulo-Venzon. The project serves to be multifunctional, and can be used as either a table or stool. The work is illustrated through clean lines and simple forms. The surface rests atop a curved metal frame that is composed of a circle and line that form its legs. From the side profile, the legs appear to have a simple U-shaped form. The design is available in either black or white.

One of Lagerfeld’s large-scale photos highlights the color choices made by the De Stijl movement. The group favored primary colors, black, white, and natural woods.

The Real Good Chair, which ships in a container that's slightly larger than a pizza box, has been a bestseller since its debut in the first collection. The powder-coated steel folds along the perforated lines.

2014 marks what would have been the 100th birthday of one of Finland's most prolific modern furniture designers, Ilmari Tapiovaara (1914 – 1999), who produced a large body of work, particularly seating, for Finnish manufacturer Artek.
