The slatted wall that lines the stairs is echoed by the wall that encloses the sitting room.

Green tiles bring a splash of color to the powder room; the countertop and sink are concrete.

Artemide Dioscuri Wall Globe sconces were used in all three of the home's bathrooms.

The fireplace is a salute to midcentury-modern design. Brick is used both here in the living room and in the den.

Caesarstone Raw Concrete slab acts as the countertop here next to the warm wood cabinets.

Lighting floods into the space during the day through many, many windows on the main floor. A Herman Miller Nelson Saucer Bubble pendant light above the dining table helps illuminate the room come nightfall.

The T&G fine line exterior siding was stained a custom color.

Only the windows from the sitting room, looking into the backyard, are original. The rest are from Marvin's Ultimate collection, selected to match the mull detail of the originals.

The main floor sitting room is decked out with furniture in colors—moss green, cedar, eggshell—that echo the nature seen through the sliding glass doors.

The half-wall that divides the living room and dining room is walnut, and was a clever way to separate the living and dining zones, and wrap the structural posts, which were painted a dark grey. There’s a television lift inside the cabinet that allows the TV to be stowed when not in use. The couch is from Design Within Reach, and the flooring throughout is white oak.

The fireplace is covered in Norman brick from Mutual Materials, in an era-appropriate stacked pattern.
