1982 Airstream motorhome

While I’m an entrepreneur with a passion for design, my girlfriend is an artist whose inspiration comes from her travels.

Having renovated a few Airstreams in the past for my event marketing business, last year we undertook the renovation of a 1975 Airstream motorhome with the intent of building our personal surf shack on wheels. We received an offer we couldn’t resist and ended up selling it. Having only travelled in it for a few months, our desire for the open road wasn’t yet over so we renovated another one that we finished just recently. Upon completing the reno, we departed on a road trip through Canada, the US and the east and west coast of Mexico.

Being a long time fan of Dwell, we thought this would be a great publication to share it with.

Thank you
