Inspired by the Reina Sofia Museum in Madrid, Michael and Eva Chow took a reported seven years to build their 30,000-square-foot home in Los Angeles. The restauranteur and the fashion designer (now divorced) completed the lavish residence in 2005, finishing its interior spaces in a variety of international styles. The home is filled with voluminous, gallery-like spaces built more for entertaining than everyday living.

The opulent spaces were designed to display the former couple’s extensive collection of artwork and antiques. The home offers nine bedrooms and fourteen bathrooms, and it’s back on the market after being listed for the first time last year.
