Located in the upper part of Cala Saona, this property dates back to early 1956 and, due to its location and extension, was the agricultural center of Formentera. The grounds are divided into an olive grove, lavender field, area with fruit trees, and swimming pool. Though Rotthier is now retired, the second renovation and extension of the property was approved in 2022 thanks to his inspiration, plans, and the work of his studio.
