These stylish rental lofts near the center of Florence used to be part of a small factory. The buildings were later turned into artisans’ workshops, until architect Claudio Nardi transformed them into a home for his design studio in 1999. Years later, Nardi repurposed the structures into a "hotel-like cluster of apartments" built around a peaceful garden with a sandstone pool.
