Completed in 2016, the 410-square-meter OF House by São Paulo–based Studio Otto Felix is a study in balance. A rich material palette of stone and wood blends elegance with simplicity, while moveable glass walls blur the lines between interior and exterior spaces.

Designed with entertaining in mind, the home’s primary kitchen and dining areas spill out into the lush, surrounding nature while slatted wood doors conceal additional living and dining areas, as well as a master suite and guest quarters.

"The idea was to translate the cosmopolitan life [and integrate] spaces, ideal to welcome people over," explains principal architect Otto Felix. "Besides that, we decided to add a modern atmosphere which values nature."
