Right on the heels of purchasing a Frank Lloyd Wright home in the New York suburb of Rye, fashion designer Marc Jacobs has put his West Village townhouse on the market. In fact, it's been reported that Jacobs is looking to downsize in Manhattan as he prepares to split his time between New York City and Rye.

Located in the West Village, 68 Bethune Street is a three-bedroom townhouse that is part of the Superior Ink condominium project designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects in the late 2000s. The interiors were designed by Andre Tchelistcheff, Paul Fortune, John Gachot, and Thad Hayes.

The 4,346-square-foot residence is every bit as stylish and luxurious as you would expect the home of a world-famous fashion designer to be. It has a light-filled living/dining room; an elegant wood-paneled television room with sliding glass doors leading to an outdoor space; three hotel-like bedroom suites, and 1,462 square feet of outdoor space—including a secluded garden courtyard and an idyllic rooftop terrace.
