The actress bought the Brentwood home in 1998, the same year she landed her role as Charlotte York on the hit HBO series.

After two decades of ownership, Sex and the City star Kristin Davis is saying goodbye to her idyllic treetop compound in Los Angeles’s upscale Brentwood neighborhood. According to the Los Angeles Times, the actress purchased the home in 1998 for just $690,000. Built in 1978, the property has since received multiple additions and now spans 4,043 square feet, including four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two half baths.
