After a 2018 remodel, Tom and Nikki Adair’s 160-square-meter (or about 1,700-square-foot) home is flooded with natural light, perfect for displaying Tom’s artwork, such as Gwynne Street, seen here. "Airbrush and spray paint are very similar; the airbrushes I use now are just a more refined and intricate tool than blasting out paint as fast as you can," says Adair. "The speed at which I paint and create work has a similar feeling of the graffiti I used to paint when I was younger, without having to look over your shoulder all the time!"
