This home in West Los Angeles may sit miles inland, but thanks to designers Aly Morford and Leigh Lincoln, cofounders of Pure Salt Interiors, the young family of five that resides here is surrounded by a beachy aesthetic every day.

"Our client loves a clean and classic look—which is right in our wheelhouse. So we brought in a bright, airy feel with lots of layered linens and aged accents, including a few vintage furniture pieces for warmth and character," says Lincoln. "We wanted this home to feel like a coastal retreat."

A crisp white Chantilly Lace paint by Benjamin Moore sets the stage for a kitchen that’s breezy and bright. Light wood tones, a mix of marble and quartzite countertops, and two overhead antique brass fixtures by Thomas O’Brien complete the look.
