Featuring a bright, clutter-free interior, the floating abode can go completely off-grid thanks to its 4x 130w solar panels.
Featuring a thoughtful curation of collected antiques and retro pieces, the boat has also been fitted with custom-built furniture, including the bookshelves, sofa, and kitchen table.
The bedroom houses a fitted double bed and wardrobe, as well as an integrated, stainless-steel fresh water tank.
The galley kitchen has been assembled from a reclaimed plans chest, iroko hardwood worktop from Retrouvius, and bespoke cupboard doors made from western red cedar.
Between the living room and bedroom there is a large, timber-framed skylight, creating the perfect place for growing plants.
The boat is heated by a Webasto high-performance water heating system and calorifier, and has radiators throughout. Its 4x 130w solar panels allow for 100-percent off-grid living.
The Chinampa Houseboat was designed by Wright & Doyle. It is currently listed for £165,000 (approximately $211,200) by Aucoot.
