Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Michael “Flea” Balzary is selling his pedigreed property on a 5.7-acre lot in the La Crescenta foothills in Los Angeles. The Los Angeles architect tied many features from Neutra’s 1953 residence into the contemporary structure, including the wooden furniture and floors, and the walls of glass.
