Own Comedian Adam Carolla’s Renovated L.A. Midcentury For $3.4M

By Lucy Wang
After a thorough renovation, American comedian and podcaster Adam Carolla has listed his Los Angeles family home.

When Adam Carolla purchased his midcentury home three years ago, he did so with the intention of doing major renovations on the 1963 gem.

Lined with new terrazzo flooring edged with blue tile, the open-plan living room is anchored by a corner gas fireplace.

As a former carpenter and home improvement show host, Carolla breathed new life into the 4,000-square-foot residence with modern upgrades while preserving the property's architectural integrity.

Walls were knocked down to create an open chef's kitchen, fitted with retro blue cabinetry and complemented by a dark blue tile backsplash.

Flooded with natural light, the media room is located to one side of the open kitchen.

Updated with a brand new kitchen, terrazzo and hardwood flooring, as well as a gut-renovated master suite, the five-bedroom, four-bath home has hit the market for $3,395,000.

Set on a half-acre lot, this updated 1963 midcentury home is located in the heart of La Cañada Flintridge in the Los Angeles area.

An addition built by the former owners was gut renovated and transformed into a new master suite with hardwood floors.

California Closets designed and built this custom wardrobe.

The former master bedroom was turned into a room for Carolla's daughter.

The kids' bathrooms have new flooring, yet maintain the original fixtures and tiles.

Adam Carolla designed and custom-built a loft bed for his son's bedroom.

The home features one full bath and three partial baths.

A new saltwater pool and spa were added to the backyard. Part of the concrete hardscape was replaced with AstroTurf.

544 Georgian Rd, La Canada Flintridge, CA is now being listed by Kathy Seuylemezian of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage for $3,395,000.
