Waterfall House

We loved how much natural light was invited into the living room with the high windows on this wall and the floor to ceiling windows on the opposite wall.

The symmetry in this room immediately brings a sense of relief, making both order and comfort available.

The Waterfall Concrete/Maple Dining table was a custom order by Compound Concrete. Maple counters and Fenix Cabinets by Lignum Cabinets.

With a brick backsplash, it is important to make sure that it is carefully cleaned and sealed with a sealant designed for its specific location. There is a charm with exposed brick that, if that is the look you are going for, you will want to ensure that the brick is in good condition and can withstand being exposed.

The custom desk by Lignum Cabinets transforms into standing desk with the touch of a button

The custom desk by Lignum Cabinets displayed here with standard seating accessibility. We loved how it could easily transform to a standing desk with a touch of a button. Easily adapting to the homeowners needs.

Waterfall concrete sink by Compound Concrete.

The window nook in this space was fully maximized with this window seat.

The former home office was transformed into a Home Gym.

Notes

Waterfall House is a 1986sf 2bed/2bath townhouse located in Central Phoenix. My client purchased it and needed it to meet his busy home life. He works from home so we wanted to be sure to create a space that was inspiring and comfortable since he spends all his time there. He didn’t want to feel cramped in his office, so we transformed the original office space into a home gym, and created an office nook off the open kitchen/dining/living space.
