When you visit The Distillery, you’ll find GinTonica on the first floor, a Spanish-inspired bar and kitchen that celebrates Spain’s connection to juniper. You can try a number of different experimental takes on the Gin and Tonic, which is served in a traditional Copa de Balón—a balloon goblet glass.

Tucked beneath a grassy roof covered by nearly 200 species of plants and grasses, the structure is virtually invisible from the nearby street. In fact, the 1,400-square-foot house is so well hidden in the earth that it doesn’t seem to register on the radar of local wildlife either. Birds, butterflies, bees, dragonflies, hawks, snakes, lizards, and frogs all treat the house like just another grassy knoll.

Pendant lights are lights that hang from a cable, cord, or pipe from an attachment at a ceiling. They primarily provide light in a downward direction, known as a downlight.

The Recycled Tube Light is an unexpected light that blends recycled materials and innovative design details to create a truly distinctive light source. The light is comprised of recycled T8 fluorescent bulbs as diffusers, which work to emit a soft, warm light. The recycled bulbs are secured by powder-coated white metal straps, furthering the industrial look of the light. The light can be used to complement a modern interior, or as a pleasant contrast in a more traditional space.

Primary Fluorescents – Cast Edition is a minimal light series created by Eindhoven-based designers OS ∆ OOS. Aluminum was chosen as the final material for a number of reasons. A lost wax casting method made extremely precise copies of the prototype foam molds and retained all the detail of the original material. Aluminum – the way it is used in these new lights – also shares with the foam that it replicates the look of stone or concrete. It has the same size to weight ratio as marble, which pays homage to the initial prototypes.
