Remodel Management

Work in conjunction with client to select designers, architects and contractors. Document and review proposals, assist in organizing project documentation. Act on behalf of client during the planning phase.
Maintain schedule for relocation and inventories of furnishings. Act as a surrogate for the client in meeting with designers, contractors and subcontractors. Organize project management database including milestones, expense reports and budgets, maintain calendar and detailed log of process. Receive and store all furnishings, fixtures and building materials for delivery to contractors and designers.
