REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE
A native of Southern California, I've been a resident of Scottsdale for almost 25 years and have an extensive history in the real estate industry. Having always been intrigued and inspired by my father's passion and dedication to the real estate industry as a new home builder, I've always known I’d become a Real Estate Agent. My path into real estate began in 2002 while focusing on website design and marketing at the Art Institute of Phoenix. At that time I also decided to complete courses at the Professional Institute of Real Estate. In 2002 I earned my Associates Degree and obtained Real Estate License.
Immediately after graduating I spent a year processing loans full time for a local mortgage broker and leading up to real estate sales, I had spent 7 years working as an Escrow Officer in the Title and Escrow industry, working closely with builders, buyers, sellers, their agents, lenders and all other parties involved during the escrow process.
On a year hiatus from my position as an Escrow Officer I worked with a busy Arizona agent as a Transaction Coordinator focusing on new home sales, condo developments and short sales. It was there that I saw first hand the individualized customer service that a real estate agent can give to their client, something I was unable to do as an escrow officer. I not only recognized my own potential to give great service but was also introduced to even more aspects of the industry on top of what I learned processing loans and closing escrows.
I bring knowledge of the industry from 3 different perspectives and use that knowledge to help clients get the customer service that they deserve.
