Tips

Think Smaller. Think Efficient.

Don’t target a prefab project and forget to adapt your wish list to fit the capabilities of the task at hand. A prefabricated house or commercial project has certain limitations, one of which should be obvious—it has to be transported. If you want sixteen-foot-high walls, your project is going to be delivered in pieces that will have to be stacked, assembled, and finished on-site. Think about your project in modules or volumes (ie: living room & kitchen module, bedroom & bath module).
