I grew up in a mid-century modern house with exactly these dimentions. It was based on the Case-Study houses of the 50's. (My uncle, Whitney Smith, designed a couple but they were never built.) Ours was designed by Byles & Weston was wonderful. After 15 years, my parents added on (doubling the square footage and making a sort of "T" shape rather then "double wide." It last sold for more than $3M.
