Amazing! Love it!
I saw this article when it was first in Dwell and I still come back to admire it now and again.
I love minimalism and live in a late 50's condominium whose lines are quite similar to this building. I find this renovation quite stark and cold, and most likely not how the original architect conceived of the design of the interiors. This stripped down, bare bones aesthetic would probably work best in a true post-industrial loft where you would expect walls, ceiling and mechanical elements to be exposed, but in this building, it looks out of place and ill-conceived. However, I love her artwork and furniture, and that view and terrace are amazing.
Too stark ,too cold. Glad she is living there and not me but then again it takes all sorts+)
