Small Amidst Sprawl

After reading this article in my subscription to Dwell I contacted Mark and Anne for my project in March 2007. We are currently under construction for a 2400 square foot home for my family of 5 designed by m+a architecture studio. They are also the builders for the project; which we hope to complete by July 2009. They are amazing designers and very pleasant to work with. Thank you for featuring such talented architects!

Seeing Mark and Anne's work progress over the years has been amazing! They are constantly finding innovative ways to build, using both cost effective and premium materials all while keeping a clean look. I hope to have their studio design my studio if my budget allows. Keep up the good work!

Mark and Anne do have exceptional design, but they went 50% over budget on our project, they were late to every meeting and despite presenting themselves as professionals, proved to be otherwise. They let our project sit for 2 months and we were forced to close on out construction loan to aviod any additional costs. We have been in our house for 5 months now and they have still not completed our house and will not return phone calls.

Mark and Anne are unprofessional and posers. Do not use them as your builder.
