Amazing! I had to go back to my old and beloved CSH book (by Taschen). This house belongs to the same family: Triad houses, the apartment proyect for Newport beach, and specially CSH nº25. "Almost too good to be true": a new owner with sensibility, an old architect returning to his job, the first owners bringing family photograps... and the house restored back to it´s essence. Wonderful.

Hi, tg. It was a Killingsworth`s project for Newport Beach, unfortunately never built. Ten apartment units with two bedrooms each, six of them were two story units similar to CSH nº25 in Long Beach. The book refers to it as " 1964-Case Study House Nº2 Apartment". There are two lovely perspective drawings, specially the interior one is just.. perfect! It has the same vibe and spaces of Opdahl House, I instantly recall this sketches when I saw the pictures...
