Brilliant house, incredible landscape, wonderfully written article, and BRAVO to both client and architects. Your bravery and thinking outside the box (pun intended) as paid off big time.
Now that is an amazing house. The outdoors shower is a pretty neat idea as well. Fantastic!
Nice house but what price could cost per square feet we have a project could I consult any company to give an idea about the square feet and JV possibility. Regards. Nicolas.
All of the neat eco pre-fab homes are interesting. But, in a bottom line world, what is the cost per square foot for one of these homes or one of the ones from http://reclaimedspace.com. I want to move into these but if they cannot compete with the other pre-fab giants like http://www.cuttingedgehomes.net ...where do we go? Thank you.
Can't-a-leave-'er.
Love this house. I live in Venice, CA though I am from Austin Texas. Makes me miss the hills, green trees and vistas.
very nice and cool house . I like the usage of glass wich gives a lot of light. I used a lot of glass to in my home. http://www.wix.com/joriberget/joriberget If anyone wants to buy it feel free to contact me :) hehe Its located at the west coast of Norway giropno@yahoo.no
That house is a work of art. Looks like it would be energy efficient as well taking advantage of natural light. I wonder how much additional weight gets exerted upon the structure with a heavy snow load on that flat roof in the winter.
The price? To have a house like this in the woods of Washington state takes some money.
