That's a great house. I love the technical details and the updates they've made. I also love the fact that the house isn't gigantic.

I looking for information about architect Jim Charlton. His name is included in several articles about this subdivision, but I have not been able to get further than that. He was introduced to author Christopher Isherwood in 1948, and is mentioned in his writings. This was a gay friendship, but I have no idea if that orientation continued. I am working on establishing a "gay architects" section for the Quatrefoil Library, a GLBT library in St. Paul, MN. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
