Ten-Panel Folding Screen by Charles Eames

From the legendary collection of molded plywood furniture designed by Charles Eames—introduced in 1946 at an exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art—which defined post-war American design. This ten-panel screen was the largest version offered by Herman Miller, though on rare occasions longer ones were made to special order.

Condition

Very good original condition, with the usual small instances of veneer loss at the top or bottom edges of some of the panels. Canvas hinges are very good overall.

Measurements

Height: 5 ft. 8 in. Width/Length: 9 ft. 2 in. Depth: 5 in.
