That's a tankless water heater, not a solar meter!
How do they justify $420sqft. for these homes. If it is not the land price then someone paid way too much.
Clever way to disguise a solar meter as a Noritz tankless unit:)
How is fake, plastic grass a good environmental choice? Crazy talk - you could water that small of a lawn with dish water or a rain barrel.
I like to see a builder that is 1) doing well and 2) putting a effort towards the environment. Nice work!
This is very inspiring. The units look gorgeous. Excellent job!
This is an amazing project and one that should be held up as an example of sustainable living. As far as the fake grass goes, it's more then likely recycled rubber and using no water is better then using a little bit of water. Before you talk about craziness you should find out some facts. I would have liked to see a greywater system added.
i think grass would have been a better option - a variety that has low water requirements. one day, this rubber will have to be replaced. sure it can be recycled, but that still takes energy. a gray water system would keep the grass watered without much energy. Grass can return back to the earth one day instead of being shipped to a recycling plant and processed.
Looks good initially. Pity about the power lines.
This is an evident of green projects that have energy efficient, passive heating, vantilating and air-conditioning systems can be very appealing. This project also gives a nice point of view that environmentally concerned lifestyle can be fun and restfull.
The recycled plastic grass makes a large dirt area totally usable by their young children who play on it every day. It uses no water and needs no water, weeding, trimming, cutting, or anything. It's a great idea.
These sold out immediately due to the unbeatable price. Nothing compares in this price range. I know a person who came back crying because she wanted one and couldn't get it because they were gone already. A great job in responsible development. Other's trying to do this are failing financially. It takes a real business mind as well as an environmentally responsible mind to do a project of this quality and substance. Hats off to the developer.
