I would like to know more about the siding material on Bill Weber's house. It appears to be panels of concrete or stucco. Would also like to know what kind of barrier material was used under the panels to prevent moisture penetration at the seams of the panels.
I really like the interiors in this project, the management of light, and the relationship between the spaces looks very positive. I also favour the exteriors but my one criticism would be the relationship between the design, materials, and what I imagine to be the visual intention, and the way the building meets the ground - there's something about this aspect of the design, it doesn't 'feel' totally clear. But otherwise, I would be very happy to have this as a home! That must be the ultimate criteria!! :)
"The home is clad in galvanized corrugated metal." <- Slide two Brenda. Beautiful home by the way. It looks like a dream sitting butted up against the woods. Good luck with the furniture business.
