Professor Quale is a spear head in the practice of creating very practical houses that are efficient and in their simplicity, exquisite! He personifies the best that an architect and teacher can aspire to be: thoughtful, well-educated (beyond the school books) and knowledgeable about his/her medium, and committed to making the world a better place. I have seen and admired his architecture in Charlottesville and encourage him to keep up the great work. Jack Schmid – Charlottesville, VA
