Thanks to Hometta.com, I'm hoping to build this "48' House" in South Florida on a small urban 60'x100' lot. Hopefully, more architecture firms will continue to make modern home design more accessible.... especially for those of us who would still have to use traditional/conventional financing in order to build any home, much less a modern one. It's nice to see that Hometta recognizes that modern design needs to adapt to the system as it exists (bank, county, board approval) - right or wrong - if "good design" is really going to be accessible to even the not-super-rich.
I love the blue of the desks (as well as the rest of the house!).
me encanto esta casa, muy original!!!!!
Great chairs in the 9 photo. Any idea who the maker is or what store would sell them?
Thanks for your question about the chairs. They're vintage, refurbished and purchased at a Dallas resale shop. Unfortunately, all markings that could identify it are gone. My suggestion would be to look at local auctions or antique shops for mid-century Danish pieces. Happy hunting!
