We live in one of these properties and the ecohat, with the passive solar water upgrade, is far from what it's cracked up to be. At best it "takes the edge off" the cold water, and certainly does not, in itself, "heat" the water as we thought it would do. Apparently this is normal.
I love the architecture. I wish I had the money. You couldn't get rid of me sincerely....mjw
It looks like EcoHat will definitely shed off a fortune, doesn't look too budget friendly but it looks worthy. Would love to live in that kind of neighborhood.
