it sounds wonderful. i think i'd need a lot of people around in order to get into such freezing water!
The fact mentioned that ;- ' the stairs and ramps that dip into the water require regular scrubbing to minimize the buildup of moss , a slippery hazard to swimmers , . . . .' actually seems to be quite POOR design in relation to the environment it is supposed to be addressing
