"fruit of his labor" ? yuck. Miserable streetscape--I wonder what the person in the white house thinks. Do you see how odd those two feel standing out there? Developers get such a bad rap.
Swing and a miss. "Contempo-rized" Brutalism is still brutal. Fenestration is in all the wrong planes, and the geometric proportions are more commercial than residental. Even the clerestories can't save this sterile disaster. Pity.
