this is great news for detroit and I really enjoyed the quality of design and workmanship of the interior design. thanks for including me in this mail.
The Mies van der Rohe complex is an amazing oasis in the city -- verdant and well-maintained. A couple of my friends live there -- one in the tower, one in the townhouses. Where else can you buy a townhouse designed by a major architect in a large American city for $100K? (Beware, the fees are a little higher than normal!)
