Traditions collide in Los Angeles when architect Jeremy Levine hotwires SoCal Spanish with international haute-moderne. The resulting house of courtyards, shelves, and even some repurposed car parts is a hybrid sensation.

I saw his house on Renovation Nation I think. He and Steve made a doggy poopoo recycling tank system. Nice setup I like his office
Beautiful house. I also saw this featured on Renovation Nation while it was in construction, but now that I see the final product I'm truly amazed by the transformation.
Love the coffee table on pg 82. Where can I find it? Saw the house on 'What's with that House?' Very cool! I love how you built around the tree, it's a great story and gives the house so much character.
Smore how did you get this issue in the mail already? I'm still waiting for mine???
Hi Smore. The coffee table is the Y Leg from Lawson-Fenning in Los Angeles, http://lawsonfenning.com/.
where did u get the hanging ball lights?
Hi Maurice. I checked with Jeremy Levine---they are from IKEA!
Loving the orange and yellow pillows on the living room bench. Where are those from? Congratulations on the beautiful house! Great work.
Wow! Congratulations on a a job well done. I particularly like how you worked around the tree. I'm curious where you got the hanging all art in the bedroom (looks like sea plants)
This house is fantastic. Can you please tell me what wood was used on the floors?
The BED looks fabulous with the slanted storage drawers underneath. WHO makes this bed and can it be purchased?
Yes where can find more information on the bed?
I am also interested in the bed! Please share who made it or where you can get it. Thanks.
I need to build a modern utilitarian desking system for my furniture making class as a part of my design program. I am obsessed with this desk... is there anyway I can get a Hi-Res image... or a materials list from the builder??
Why don't you ever publish the floor plans? Seriously, there are lots of people who can read them and get a lot more information from them than a mere 10 photos in a slide show... You do a disservice by not providing floorplans.
great project!.. i take issue with the "space-saving" attributes assigned to the wall/cutout ideas shown by the architect. I believe the interior massing of space is attributable only to the Spanish idiom. The architect's assertion his massing is space-saving is incorrect. His creations occupy space... not save for the sake of space.
