With such a insulated house (twice the value required by code), I would like to know about any concerns about the air exchange inside. For example, if you take a steamy shower, boil water while cooking, etc., how well does the house remove the moisture? Or even everyday smells? Old houses are excellent with air exchange because they are so poorly insulated, but the downside is the cost of heating/cooling. But what happens if it flips the other way, excellent insulation but very poor air exchange?

$70,000 for the construction sounds like a pipe dream. What did it REALLY cost?
