Not venting a beautiful high-output range is a no-no. Even if there's no way to vent it outside, today there are plenty of filtered re-circulating hood options that would integrate beautifully with that space and clean the air.

I wish we could see photos of the second bedroom and the bathroom! I'm still trying to figure out how/where they fitted it in. But this is beautiful, a stunning use of space.

Leo, I believe I'm seeing a downdraft vent in that photo behind the cooktop. Not the ideal venting mechanism for such a beast of a range, but it does the job fairly well. Any architect should know well enough to vent something like that. Beautiful space!

Hey, so smartly they've fitted in the bed above the kitchen while the bedroom 'walkway' sits above the fridge. Also love how the kitchen counter flows around to form the dining table. Again - so smart! I especially love reading and seeing these compact apartments - so much more interesting than some of the oversized ones.

What a nice loft in big city. When i go to Canada. I booked a loft its space was 700 square feet.
