Very nice! A bit pricey though. Get the square footage price to around 150 and I will be more impressed!
While I appreciate the unique style, energy efficiency, and compact nature of this house, I think a home should fit the nature of the neighborhood. I live near this house and it sticks out like a sore thumb. I am also surprised at the cost per SF.
I like it. Just curious though...how do you access your loft in the bedroom? ;^)
I'm confused, thought it said somewhere this was 800 something square feet, but this house is much larger
