how many square feet is it and about how much a per foot does it cost to build?

Stacy, I was just looking through an old issue of Dwell and it states that the overall cost for the structure was $110,000.00. It's 2,000 square feet, plus an additional 1,100 square feet that makes up the basement and garage. Roughly $32.00 per square foot! Not too bad.... Hope this helps
