Jill, I believe the paper is made by a company called Flavor Paper based out of New Orleans. Check them out they have some other awesome designs.

Blumworth, I also admired the placemats which appear to be laser-cut felt. I believe this particular mat is 'Fishes' by Gabrielle Lewin. They're available from kikkerland.com.
