Weiland Sliding Doors and Windows, Inc. has evolved from a specialty woodworking business to a manufacturer of high precision European doors and windows. With over two decades of experience behind our designs, the company has positioned itself as the forerunner in European door and window products, modified for U.S. applications. In the early 90’s, an aluminum and aluminum/wood door was introduced using European hardware. Our manufacturing plant has been located in the San Diego area since 1985.Weiland manufactures custom liftslide and bifolding doors and windows, specializing in oversized openings for the high-end residential and commercial markets. We have worked with architects, interior designers, contractors and other professionals to create custom built doors and windows. We build the finest all aluminum, all wood, and aluminum/wood doors available. Our liftslide and bifold products are designed to meet the demands of unique architectural projects. We’ve built liftslide door systems up to 63 ft wide and 12 ft tall and bifold door systems up to 40 ft wide and 12 ft tall. • We create custom made products to your exact specifications. • Some of our featured products are curved and straight pocket doors, and corner systems with no post. • Our doors open up larger spaces, creating a natural transition from interior to exterior. • The bottom track projects above the finish floor by only 3/16" creating a beautiful, almost seamless transition from inside to outside. (We have other track options available.) • The heavy-duty European hardware system enables larger, heavier door panels to roll smoothly and easily when opening and closing. • Our doors are designed for all types of environments such as coastal, mountains or desert living. • We are hurricane rated. |
